Commenting on the news that the Justice Secretary is to dismiss calls to restrict the display of so called 'lads mags' on newsagents shelves, Liberal Democrat Justice spokesperson Robert Brown MSP said:
"There is already a working code of practice that exists to cover the display of these magazines in our newsagents.
"As long as retailers continue to use a common sense approach in displaying and selling of these products, I see no need for further action."
